At The Heart Of Nourish

You might not know what you need, but your body does…

Myofascial Release

Myofascial massage combines attentive massage with slow, sustained techniques focused on fascia — the connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles and other structures.

We explore areas that feel tight or restricted while considering how tension in one part of the body may relate to another.

A session may include sustained holds, gentle stretching, and massage, with time for you to notice and respond to the work.

My approach emphasizes patience and responsiveness.

Pressure is guided by your comfort and how the tissue responds; the work does not need to be intense to be meaningful. When appropriate, we may work more specifically into an area of tension while staying within what feels comfortable for you.

This session may appeal to you if you notice stiffness, recurring tension, or a sense of being held or limited in your movement.

Together, we focus on your priorities, with the intention of supporting greater ease, comfort, and freedom of movement.

The Nourish Signature — Start Here

Personalized bodywork. Guided by listening.

Nourish is a sanctuary people seek when they’ve tried conventional approaches, aren’t sure exactly what they need, or simply know that their body needs someone willing to listen more deeply.

My work is best understood as integrative bodywork — A thoughtful blend of therapeutic approaches that honors the connection between your body’s experiences and patterns, guided by listening and shaped around what you need that day.

A session may focus on one modality or weave several together, depending on what you share, what I notice, and how your body responds.

You don’t need to know exactly what you need before you arrive. We’ll figure that out together.

Below, you’ll find The Nourish Signature, my fully individualized bodywork experience, as well as the other modalities that I offer.

Explore the possibilities…

My main offer, The Nourish Signature, brings together anatomy, an understanding of the nervous system, intuitive touch, and respect for your body’s capacity to heal and adapt.

Your experience guides the work — what you share, how your body responds, and what feels most helpful to you.

Rather than choosing one technique or receiving the same massage each time, your session begins with a conversation about how you’re feeling, what has been happening in your body, and what you would most like support with.

You don’t need to know which technique to choose. Together, we’ll find a starting point, and the work will unfold from there.

I draw from a range of advanced therapeutic and subtle-body techniques to create an experience that is uniquely yours and tailored to your body.

Your session may include therapeutic massage, craniosacral therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial work, Reiki, sound and vibration, breathwork, gentle movement, or other supportive approaches.

Sometimes the work is focused on a specific area of discomfort; other times we explore how tension in one area may relate to what you’re feeling elsewhere.

At the heart of this work is deep listening.

I pay attention to patterns of tension, movement, breath, and your responses to touch. Your feedback helps guide the pace, pressure, and direction of the session, with room to adjust along the way.

This approach is a good fit if you’re navigating persistent tension, living with pain, feeling overwhelmed, or simply seeking thoughtful, individualized care.

The work also deepens as we get to know one another better. Early visits give us space to learn what feels supportive; over time, your feedback helps me refine the work around you.

No two sessions are exactly alike.

Each visit meets you where you are, with space to settle and feel more at home in your body.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a specialized, gentle therapy that uses light, rhythmic skin movements to encourage the movement of lymph fluid. The pressure is subtle, and the pace is slow and deliberate.

I have completed additional training and earned certification in manual lymphatic drainage through Klose Training. This specialized education informs the precision, care, and individualized approach I bring to each session.

You may be seeking support for swelling, a feeling of heaviness, or recovery following a procedure.

We begin by reviewing your health history and goals to determine whether MLD is appropriate for you. For postsurgical care or medically related swelling, coordination with your healthcare team may be needed.

Lymphatic work remains the focus of this session.

When appropriate and with your consent, I may incorporate complementary techniques to address surrounding tension and help you settle comfortably into the treatment.

Expect a gentle, attentive experience with time to rest and receive.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach for those who appreciate subtle touch and an unhurried pace.

Using light contact at areas such as the head, spine, and sacrum, I listen through touch and allow time for your body to respond.

This session offers space to step away from everyday demands and notice what you’re holding. You might choose it when you feel overwhelmed, find yourself bracing, or want a quieter alternative to traditional massage.

You remain fully clothed, with pillows and positioning adjusted for comfort. The touch is light, without forceful manipulation, and we can change positions or pause whenever you need.

Some people experience a sense of stillness or deep relaxation; others notice more subtle changes in comfort or body awareness.

There is no particular experience you need to have. We work at your pace, with your comfort and preferences guiding the session.

You may be living with persistent discomfort, finding your way through recovery, or simply needing space to slow down and reconnect with yourself.

You don’t need a diagnosis — or the perfect words to explain what you’re feeling — to begin.
