THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
Customized to meet your needs each and every time
Each session will be tailored to your individual needs, during a brief intake we will discuss which techniques are most relevant to your physical and mental goals for your session. These techniques may include, but are not limited to, cupping, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, Swedish & relaxation-based massage, sports massage, hot stone work and the use of topical creams or essential oils.
MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE (MLD)
MLD uses light pressure and gentle, rhythmic strokes in a specific sequence and direction to increase the flow of lymph & reduce toxins.
MLD is used in the treatment of lymphedema which is the swelling of a body part caused by an abnormal accumulation of fluid, proteins and cellular waste in the tissues under the skin. It can also be beneficial for everyone as it supports your lymph system in transporting nutrients and oxygen to cells, collecting toxins on the way and flushing them out through the lymph nodes.

ONCOLOGY MASSAGE
Support for those affected by cancer through treatment and beyond
This treatment is meant for those in active treatment, recovery, survivorship, or end of life. Some modifications that will be made to your session may be virtually imperceptible to you as a recipient while others may be quite obvious, but they are essential to safety and proper support of your well being.

TREATMENTS
HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED
The first thing to consider when you schedule a massage is whether you want a full body massage or only part of the body.
Next, you’ll need to consider what you want to accomplish. For most people, their purpose falls into one of two categories: specific pain relief or general relaxation.
If you’re looking for specific pain relief and only part of the body, then a 30, 45 or 60 minute session is a great option.
I would also suggest those durations if you’re just looking for general relaxation with no specific work ... 60 minutes is enough time to cover the entire body whereas 30 would be good for a deep dive for hands, head and feet.
To allow for general relaxation but also some specific work in one or two areas 75 or 90 minutes might be a good place to start.
120 minutes should be reserved for those looking for a complete head-to-toe maintenance,
combining specific work to several areas as well as time to relax.

ELEVATE YOUR EXPERIENCE

Smooth, heated stones are incorporated into the massage intermittently, enhancing the nurturing and therapeutic effect by helping to sedate your nervous system, loosen tense muscles and reduce stress and anxiety.

By creating suction and negative pressure, cupping therapy lifts connective tissue, releases rigid tissue and loosens adhesions. Cupping pulls stagnation, waste, and toxins to the skin level where it can be easily flushed out by the lymphatic and circulatory system. It also engages the parasympathetic nervous system, thus allowing deep relaxation throughout the entire body.
